About Diabetes Care Help

Diabetes Care Help is a resource for people living with diabetes and the families who support them. We focus on the practical, everyday side of diabetes — what to eat, what to cook, what tools and accessories actually make life easier, and how to navigate the small daily decisions that come with managing a chronic condition.

Our mission

We started Diabetes Care Help because most diabetes content online falls into two camps: medical articles written for clinicians, or sales pages disguised as advice. We believe people living with diabetes deserve better. Our goal is simple — to be the kind of friendly, trustworthy, no-nonsense resource we wished existed when our own families first received a diagnosis.

What you’ll find here

You’ll find diabetes-friendly recipes that don’t taste like punishment, honest guides to the tools and products that make daily management easier (glucose meters, insulin travel cases, foot care, and more), and clear, jargon-free explanations of the everyday topics people actually search for.

What we are not

We are not medical professionals, and Diabetes Care Help is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider with questions about your specific situation, medication, or treatment plan.

How we make money

Diabetes Care Help is reader-supported. Some of the product links on our site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely believe are useful, and we never accept payment to write positive reviews.
